To participate in the PATH program a family must:
• Must be in a housing crisis
• Include children
• Must be a resident of Monroe County for four months
• Profess willingness to seek employment and/or education
• Demonstrate the motivation to address and resolve their housing crisis
• Be capable of achieving some resolution in a four-month time frame
The head of an eligible family may apply to PATH by phone:
• Call the office at 570-476-1828 and answer the questions on the in-take form
• Call back in 3 days to verify eligibility and set up an interview
• Provide identification documents
Phone in regularly to maintain a position on the waiting list for the next available opening.
