Identify, Collaborate - Transform

Pocono Healthy Communities Alliance (PHCA) started as the Welfare Reform Task Force in the mid 90s to identify barriers and issues that families may encounter when they were required to become employed. PHCA identifies unmet needs in Monroe County and collaborates with local partners to transform the community through action. Our goal is to provide every county resident the opportunity to live a healthy, safe and meaningful life.
